Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions
• Taking accurate food orders and processing them efficiently
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company standards and recipes
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to learn and execute food preparation techniques, specifically pizza making
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in order taking and food preparation
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
