Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions
- Taking accurate food orders and processing them efficiently
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company standards and recipes
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store
Qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to learn and execute food preparation techniques, specifically pizza making
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in order taking and food preparation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
