Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Schedule:

• 12-hour shift
• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
• Holidays

Reimbursements:

• Gas
• Phone data usage

General job duties for all store team members:

Required to prepare all products to Domino's Pizza spec this is including but not limited to the following:

• Pizza's
• Pasta
• Wings
• Deserts
• Sandwiches
• Sides

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO.

Moving soda from storage area to coolers.

Dating all product.

Customer interactions:

• Taking and receiving phone calls
• Taking customer's orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
• Carside delivery (Being able to bring the customers food out to the car in all weather conditions)

Daily cleaning and sanitation:

• Sweep and mopping
• Cleaning coolers interior and exterior
• Taking out the trash
• Washing dishes

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Willing to deliver when needed.

Experience:

• Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
