Customer Service Rep

Job Description

General job duties for all store team members include:

  • Operating all equipment.
  • Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Preparing product.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders.
  • Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
  • Cleaning equipment and facility daily.

CSR responsibilities are:

  • Taking customer orders and up selling.
  • Dealing with customer concerns.
  • Greeting customers within 10 seconds.
  • Cash handling.
  • Keeping the customer area clean.
  • Making Domino's high quality pizzas.
  • Food and portion control.
  • Hygiene and food safety.
  • Food preparation.
  • General cleaning duties.
