Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza is looking for energetic, outgoing people to wait on their customers. This job includes: taking customer orders, handling cash, making food, cleaning and assisting Delivery Drivers. Must be able to use a touch screen computer. Must be able to count back change when handling cash. Must be able to multi task. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to accept constructive feedback from management. Customer service experience is a plus.
Pay Transparency (In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, effective October 29, 2025)
Pay Ranges (Massachusetts)
Delivery Drivers $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)
Insiders $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
Assistant Managers $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)
General Managers $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
