Customer Service Rep

We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing various aspects of our pizza restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls professionally and taking customer orders accurately
  • Preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
  • Processing cash and card transactions efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
  • Assisting with additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in taking phone orders and handling customer inquiries
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Stress management abilities to maintain composure during busy periods
  • Food handling experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
