Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in St Louis, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic computer proficiency for order processing and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions
- Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and an easy smile
