Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Dellwood location! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our busy store located at 10486 W Florissant Ave.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently process orders
Prepare food items according to company standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
Provide helpful information about our products and promotions
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, empathetic manner
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
