Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Festus, United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at 801 Collins Drive. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Processing cash and credit card transactions
Assisting in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Adhering to company policies and food safety regulations
