Assistant General Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

What we're looking for in our Assistant Managers: • Prior leadership experience preferred • Assist with basic operations procedures • Experience in employee development • Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology

Minimum job requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
• High School equivalent education level
• Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Proven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to set goals and set up plans to achieve them
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly)
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
