Popshelf Team Member

The Popshelf team member acts as a point of contact for customers, stocking and merchandising displays, recovering merchandise, displaying product knowledge, cleaning the store, and operating the cash register. The role also includes assisting customers in the self-checkout process, unpacking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves, and building merchandise displays. The team member is expected to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment, and follow company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, effective interpersonal and oral communication skills, and ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides are required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling, handling merchandise and equipment, and lifting up to 40 pounds, occasionally up to 55 pounds. The fast-paced environment includes exposure to strong scents, fragrances, and cleaning solutions.
