We are looking for individuals to function as cashiers and/or stockers and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager. Your role will involve assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exemplary customer service, and performing other duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
Duties and essential job functions include unloading trucks, following company work processes to receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes, stocking merchandise, restocking returned and recovered merchandise, ordering zones and drop shipment categories, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, assisting customers by locating merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing superior customer service leadership.
