We are looking for a dedicated individual to function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager. The role involves assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exemplary customer service, and performing other duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
Duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, restocking returned and recovered merchandise, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, greeting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications include the ability to perform mathematical calculations, knowledge of cash handling procedures, effective communication skills, and understanding of safety policies and practices. High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience is preferred.
