We are looking for a dedicated individual to function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager. The role will involve assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exemplary customer service, and performing other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, restocking returned and recovered merchandise, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing superior customer service leadership. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures and the ability to perform mathematical calculations, cash handling, and other essential duties.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred, and the ability to perform various tasks such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds, occasionally up to 55 pounds. The role involves a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions and regular driving/providing own transportation for bank deposits and management meetings.
