About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Sourcing Support Specialist for a leading powersports and manufacturing company in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you’ll support the Sourcing Organization through day-to-day tactical activities, working closely with suppliers and internal partners to keep sourcing processes running smoothly. If you are highly organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this long-term contract opportunity could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with suppliers to request bills of lading and shipping documentation
• Enter and maintain cost changes, parts data, and tooling requests in internal systems
• Support sourcing agents with daily, weekly, and project-based activities
• Assist with new supplier onboarding and supplier profile updates
• Track task progress, communicate status, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, quality, engineering, and accounts payable to resolve issues
• Help organize meetings and presentations, including maintaining shared documentation

What You Need to Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills (email and phone) High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional approach to working with suppliers and internal stakeholders Comfort analyzing data and pulling reports from multiple systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Previous materials or purchasing experience is a plus but not required #metrocareers
