Senior Cnc Manufacturing Engineer

We are conducting a search for a highly skilled senior manufacturing engineer with deep expertise in cnc machining and a passion for process optimization and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-volume, high-precision components for industries such as automotive, medical, and aerospace—driving improvements in cycle time, quality, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize cnc milling and turning processes.
• Design and source fixtures, tooling, and custom equipment using 3d cad.
• Lead first-run prove-outs, process capability studies, and cycle time reduction initiatives.
• Interpret gdt, cmm reports, and customer specifications for manufacturability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement error-proofing and process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives including robotics, plcs, and inspection systems.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in cnc manufacturing engineering.
• Strong cad/cam skills and hands-on experience with cnc programming and optimization.
• Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
• Experience with automation systems and statistical process control preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
