What You Will Do As a Materials Handler:

• Stock, kit, and pick material for fulfillment operations
• Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions and SOPs
• Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers
• Adhere to all safety policies and promote a safe work environment
• Meet attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
• Participate in required training and continuous learning
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Pull correct material for each order and accurately record material usage in the system
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO (First In/First Out) processes

What You Need To Be a Materials Handler:

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50+ pounds with team assistance, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with occasional weekends and holidays
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Strong focus on producing high-quality work
• Willingness to help team members and continuously improve
