Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer who will be part of a growing manufacturing site located near Milwaukee, WI. This is a custom manufacturer, expanding capabilities across multiple sites, and is key to improving how we build our products, optimizing processes, reducing waste, and ensuring quality. This is not a repetitive production environment- almost everything is customized. This is fully on-site from 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday. The starting salary is between $75K-$95K. Interested?

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for electrical and metal components.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Drive efficiency through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches by ensuring designs are scalable for production.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to maintain high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with custom or low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
• Experience with metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assembly
