What a Machine Operator will do:
- Operate and maintain the packaging machine and scale equipment
- Bag the product into the required finished products
- Train all operators and assist in the training of line staff
- Assist and complete samples, trials, inspections, and cleanings
- Operate the packaging machine equipment
- Assist in completing samples and trials
- Perform cleaning inspections
- Inspect all equipment used for sanitation and food safety
- Set up equipment for the process
- Retrieve needed formers
- Report any problems with materials or equipment to the Production Supervisor
- Enter appropriate information into production data logs
- Complete orders by following the production schedule and direction from the production supervisor
What you need to be a Machine Operator:
- Ability to occasionally squat with or without reasonable accommodations
