What a Human Resources Shared Services Representative will do:

• Serve as point of contact to employees, managers, other HR staff, vendors and other external third parties
• Provide information regarding HR processes, procedures, programs and service offerings
• Serve as a first-line customer facing Point of Contact for a variety of centralized and standardized customer services
• Answer incoming phone calls, chats, emails and in person contacts
• Provide transaction based human resources support services to customers of HR Central, a centralized human resources employee support center
• Use discretion to escalate as needed
• Enter, review and approve transactions in SAP SuccessFactors
• Administer I-9 processes for new employees and reverifications
• Process verifications of employment
• Utilize a variety of documented procedures and technology tools to manage and coordinate the administrative processing and execution of assigned time-sensitive HR process activities and transactions

What you need to be a Human Resources Shared Services Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Experience working in an HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience working with customers to handle a variety of HR issues
