Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading machine industry company in Alexandria, MN. We are seeking candidates for Electrical Assembler roles. Compensation for these opportunities is $21.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below!

What You Will Do As An Electrical Assembler:

• Perform electrical wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Ensure that standards are met, including inspection of panels and wiring for neatness and conformance to requirements and standards
• Work closely with mechanical assemblers, engineering teams and project managers for the duration of machine projects
• Ensure that work area is clean, safe and orderly
• Take proper care of shop tools and make sure they are returned daily to their appropriate place
• Take a support role in the world class checkout process

What You Need To Be An Electrical Assembler:

• Ability to read, understand and interpret electrical schematics/prints
• Ability to successfully and efficiently wire one product line
• Ability to follow instructions when going through the electrical build cycle
• Knowledge of routing and mounting of devices and wire way, conduit and or cable tray
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven problem solving skills
• Thorough understanding of electrical practices and principles
• Understand the mechanical assembly of machines
