What You'll Do as the Customer Service Representative:

• Provide prompt, friendly support by answering customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Process orders, returns, and basic account updates accurately
• Update customer information in internal systems
• Assist customers with order status questions and general product/service information
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed
• Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
• Partner with sales, shipping, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting

What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools a plus
• Background in agriculture or snowmobiling is helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
