Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading supplier in the thermal systems and solutions industry located in Eden Prairie, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembler roles. What You Will Do As An Assembler:

• Assemble and package products with precision and care
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting parts and using documentation effectively
• Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly
• Cross-train and rotate across different workstations for variety and skill development
• Follow safety guidelines and practice good ergonomics daily

What You Need To Be An Assembler:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
• Keen eye for detail to identify product quality differences
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
