Enterprise Corporate Sales Sr. AE

As the Enterprise Corporate Sales Sr. AE, you are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high growth, fast paced, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. You are responsible for developing and closing new business and expanding our footprint in current customers by selling additional products and services within an assigned geographic territory or vertical. You are accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Corporate Sales.

Responsibilities include driving success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas, building and managing a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into a geographic territory or within the core verticals, crafting and delivering customized sales presentations and product demonstrations, developing and negotiating enterprise level proposals and contracts, forecasting sales activity and revenue achievements accurately, and collaborating effectively with various pre/post sales resources including Sales Development Representatives, Market Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, Partner Account Managers, as well as Legal, Security, Professional Services and Customer Support.

Basic requirements include a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of direct full cycle, software sales experience in a quota-carrying role. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years SaaS sales experience, experience selling web-based products/services, experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas, proficient computer application skills, familiarity with Google suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and travel as necessary, typically 10%.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the following pay ranges are provided in the following locations: California: $48.17/hour - $69.11/hour; Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $46.54/hour - $63.96/hour; Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $46.54/hour - $66.24/hour; Washington DC: $48.17/hour - $66.24/hour; Ohio: $43.94/hour - $60.42/hour. This role is also eligible for a bonus and global benefits including paid time off, paid parental leave, full health benefits plans, retirement plans, learning and development, and compassionate care leave.
