Customer Service Representative

As a progressive technology company in the healthcare sector, we position ourselves as a dynamic healthcare marketplace. Our centrally located office in Moabit houses around 20 dedicated employees working in a flexible, hybrid work environment. Bilingualism is standard here. Currently, we focus on growing from a start-up to a scale-up to meet our ambitious growth goals.

In our continuous development, we are looking for experienced and dedicated customer service representatives (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • You have an open ear for our customers via email and phone.
  • You accept customer complaints and guarantee competent and solution-oriented treatment.
  • You solve tricky cases and like to get to the bottom of problems. For more difficult issues, you work closely with your colleagues to develop solutions and approaches together.
  • You have an eye for improvement potential and are happy to be involved in implementation.
  • You work closely with our specialists from marketing and development.

Qualification

  • You have several years of experience in telephone and written customer service in B2C or B2C areas and in handling CRM systems.
  • You love to fulfill the wishes of customers in direct contact and form a cohesive unit in exchange with colleagues.
  • Experience in office organization and administration.
  • Strong communication skills and team capability.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and English in speech and writing.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
