Actively prospect potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, using cold calling and outbound strategies.
Generate interest in potential clients by making a consultative approach to understand their needs and how our solutions can help them.
Qualify leads by critically analyzing if there is a fit with our solutions before directing them to the Sales Executive.
Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and internal spreadsheets, ensuring detailed registration of each contact.
Execute contact sequences (automated and personalized) consistently to maximize engagement with prospects.
Constantly follow up with leads, respecting the cadence defined for each stage of the funnel.
Monitor metrics and indicators, proposing optimizations in the prospecting process and constantly seeking improvement in results.
Previous experience with outbound prospecting (SDR or Pre-sales), including cold calling.
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and sales automation tools.
Focus on results, with ambition and motivation to meet aggressive targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, essential to create rapport and convey value quickly.
Organization and sense of urgency, important to manage multiple leads simultaneously and not miss opportunities.
Proactivity, resilience, and persuasion, key skills to overcome objections and maintain a constant prospecting rhythm.
Interest in building a career in the sales and prospecting of new businesses, seeking constant growth and learning.
