✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading revenue operations across all channels to support growth strategies with integrated operating plans
- Develop top needle-moving GTM OKRs and KPIs with leaders to support strategic priorities and drive revenue growth
- Drive effective operational management for revenue attainment across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Lead the annual GTM compensation plan review and propose/model compensation plan changes
- Establish Revenue Operation service level agreements (SLAs) for serving GTM team requests and organize operational processes for revenue to reduce overlap and map customer journey for growth and retention

- Experienced leader with a background in revenue operations, sales operations, and strategic sales roles for high-growth SaaS products
- Skilled in scaling recurring revenue from double-digit millions and positioning GTM operations for IPO readiness
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and lead major change efforts
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact on the business and driving teams to operate with that in mind
- Strong track record of setting strategy, driving change, and delivering impact in revenue analytics and go-to-market strategy
