- The Order Operations Specialist will be part of a team focused on ensuring that orders are accurately closed and booked in accordance with company policies.
- Responsibilities include providing quoting and general order operations support, addressing system issues, and assisting the Revenue organization with guidance and questions.
- The role involves creating enablement content for the Revenue organization to keep them updated on requirements and processes.
- The candidate will work closely with Finance and Accounting to address non-standard booking issues and align on exceptions to standard processes.
- The position requires supporting the Partner organization with pricing, bids, and deal registration processes.
- The candidate will document Order Operations processes to identify manual activities that can be automated, aiming to reduce manual interventions and speed up booking processes.
- The role includes participating in ad-hoc quarterly initiatives and OKRs focused on scaling operational processes.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a role supporting a Revenue organization, particularly in Sales Operations, Order Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- A successful candidate will thrive in a fully remote environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail is crucial, as the role requires closely following policies and instructions.
- The candidate should possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is essential for this position.
