- The Order Operations Manager will lead the Order Operations team to ensure orders are processed according to company policies.

- The candidate will support the Partner organization with pricing, bids, and deal registration processes.
- Metrics and data will be used to monitor order volumes and exception issues, with reporting responsibilities for bookings.
- The manager will communicate deadlines, policy changes, and expectations to the Revenue organization.
- Collaboration with Finance and Accounting is necessary for handling non-standard booking issues.
- The role includes identifying manual activities for automation to enhance the booking process efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a lead or management role within Order Operations or Revenue Operations.
- A strong understanding of booking orders and compliance issues related to quote to order processes is essential.
- The candidate should thrive in a fully remote environment and possess acute attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to articulate policies and instructions to the Revenue organization and leadership.
- The successful individual will demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to lead a team through daily challenges.
- Problem-solving skills are crucial, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions independently.
- Experience with SFDC and NetSuite is preferred, along with a background in both startup and publicly traded companies.
