- Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Manage and develop client accounts to maintain favorable relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and prepare customized solutions
- Achieve and exceed financial targets, including revenue and profitability goals
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

- Experienced in selling to large, complex F500 businesses with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Skilled in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple account management projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Trained in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies
