As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Our Sales Excellence department plays a key role in strategically supporting and strengthening our sales organization, and you will support us in the areas of Knowledge Management and Sales Communication.
  • You actively contribute to shaping strategic initiatives within DKV Sales. In doing so, you will not only gain insight into the systems, processes, and workflows of an international sales organization, but also have the opportunity to build valuable experience in project and process management.
  • You support the development and maintenance of a central knowledge base for Sales, using smart tools.
  • You independently create content for trainings, training videos, and internal sales communication, and prepare complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
  • You support the organization of internal sales events.
  • You are willing to actively support special tasks and pitch in where needed.

What makes you stand out:

  • You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
  • Analytical thinking, teamwork, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics are among your strengths.
  • You have solid knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Initial experience with CRM systems is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Your fluent German skills are complemented by good written and spoken English skills.
