As an HR Business Partner, you are the central sparring partner for our business units – on equal footing, forward-thinking, and with a clear focus on people and organization.

• You ensure that our HR strategy is successfully implemented in practice, that change is effectively managed, and that our leaders are consistently well advised.
• You provide competent and reliable advice to leaders on all HR-related matters.
• You are responsible for the operational and strategic HR alignment of the business units you support.
• You support and guide employees and leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• You actively, courageously, and solution-orientedly accompany change and reorganization processes.
• You work in a trusting and constructive manner with the works council.
• You lead contract negotiations and prepare employment-related documents.
• You contribute to the design, implementation, and follow-up of policies and guidelines.
• You prepare and confidently conduct labor-law-related discussions, including the coordination of resulting measures.
• You contribute to the further development of new HR processes and concepts – from idea to implementation.
• You support HR controlling activities, particularly workforce planning and budgeting.
