We are growing and looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative for HVAC with integrity and professionalism to join our team.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Building long lasting relationships with clients and teammates and wanting to go "above and beyond" to serve customers
• Meeting the client's needs and convert prospects into 100% satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.
• Conduct daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity and always display a positive attitude toward clients and fellow team members.
• Work up quotes for HVAC units and present to clients.
• Perform a complete Comfort Survey, Home Analysis, & Load Calculation on every call.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in training and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Three or more years of proven success caring for clients (outside sales).
• One or more years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
• Strong follow-up, closing and organizational skills.
• Be available within 15 minutes by phone at all times, other than scheduled vacations or holidays
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicant must be able to pass a physical, background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record.
• Passion for helping others, present a professional, positive and helpful attitude at all times.
