Noble Crump adhered to for six decades. Serving as Vice President is Rodney King and former Vice President is Jimmy Jehle. We are growing and looking for a full-time Leak Detection Technician- Residential Service with integrity and professionalism to join our team. This position is full time, with an on-call rotation that will include weekends.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Locate plumbing leaks for residential customers
• Locate leaks for service lines, slabs, basements, mystery leaks and insurance claims.
• Create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue.
• Communicate with management and colleagues effectively and professionally.
• Provide professional top notch customer service to clients.
• Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Troubleshooting plumbing issues using appropriate devices.
• Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills during day-to-day operations.
• Completing assigned work orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Service titan experience preferred
• You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills for installation, maintenance, repair of plumbing systems.
• Ability to pass a drug test, criminal background check, MVR, and physical fitness test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times.
• Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, people who have no problem wearing uniform, and with a keen eye for detail
• Plumbing, mechanical, electronics experience and construction background preferred
• Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
• Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoys being self-directed
