Job Description

As Product Manager for Security Operation Services (SOC), you will report to the Senior Product Lead of SOC Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of the SOC services portfolio, including:

  • Security Monitoring and Analysis
  • Threat Detection and Intelligence
  • Incident Response and Crisis Management
  • Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
  • Digital Forensics and Malware Analysis

You will play a key role in shaping the cybersecurity strategy, ensuring our SOC offerings meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements across multiple industries. Main Goals:

  • Strengthen and expand the SOC services portfolio to support our MSSP clients across all our industries and markets
  • Drive innovation and differentiation in threat detection, response, and intelligence capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, UR E26).
  • Support business units in scaling SOC services across Marlink verticals including but not limited to banking, energy, maritime, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities and Authorisation:

  • Define SOC products and services across all Marlink markets.
  • Define mandatory SOC capabilities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new SOC capabilities.
  • Define SOC service performance metrics and SLA (qualitative and quantitative metrics).
  • Define and maintain the SOC product roadmap aligned with internal strategy and customer needs.
  • With cross-functional teams define SOC target operational processes.
  • Align SOC services with existing Marlink's technology architecture and business processes.
  • Develop business cases and pricing strategies for new services.
  • Represent the SOC product line in internal forums and strategic planning sessions.
  • Represent the company at cybersecurity conferences, customer briefings, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to integrate best-in-class technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • 3+ years in cybersecurity product management, preferably in SOC or MSSP environments.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling security services.
  • Familiarity with SOC tools (SIEM/XDR, SOAR, deceptor, vulnerability scanner).
  • Good knowledge of security products (EDR, NDR, UTM, IDS/IPS) and threat intelligence platforms (OpenCTI, MISP).
  • Knowledge of OT security products (Nozomi, TXOne, etc.) and OT SOC services is a plus.
  • Experience using detection use case framework (MaGMa, Speed, etc.).
  • Experience using maturity model (SOC-CMM).
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
