Senior Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst

We are looking for a versatile, analytical, and highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst to join our team on a PAN India basis. In this dual role, you will be the driving force behind maximizing our Salesforce ROI. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements. As a Salesforce Admin, you will directly configure, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem to bring those solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst (50%):

• Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to understand pain points and map business processes.
• Documentation: Create detailed process flows, user stories, use cases, and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Data Analysis: Analyze business data to provide actionable insights, identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and suggest process improvements.
• Change Management: Act as the bridge between business users and developers, ensuring clear communication and smooth user adoption during updates.

As a Salesforce Administrator (50%):

• Platform Configuration: Handle all basic and advanced administration tasks, including managing user setups, roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, and sharing rules.
• Automation: Design and implement declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-triggered, Screen, and Scheduled flows) and validation rules.
• Data Management: Oversee data hygiene, data imports/exports (using Data Loader or Dataloader.io), deduplication, and mass updates.
• Analytics: Build and maintain custom reports, dynamic dashboards, and custom report types to track KPIs for leadership teams.
• Environment Management: Manage sandboxes, assist in deployment activities (Change Sets/DevOps center), and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 6.5 to 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a combined Salesforce Admin + BA role.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Certifications (Highly Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
