Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Flows, and enterprise Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will lead development activities, collaborate closely with architects and business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce development, multi-cloud implementations, CI/CD processes, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders during requirement gathering and solution discussions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design reviews, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide technical guidance and feasibility assessments for Salesforce implementations.

• Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and declarative configurations.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Design and develop complex automation, approval workflows, integrations, and custom business processes.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.

• Implement Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
• Optimize code and configurations for scalability, performance, and governor limit compliance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Manage code deployments, release readiness, and environment coordination.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Maintain technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and deployments.

• Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
• Drive technical discussions and promote engineering best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reusable component development.
• Foster a collaborative and quality-focused development culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs & Integrations.
• Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future Methods).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models.
• Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations and Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
• CTI Integration experience
• OmniStudio / OmniScripts knowledge
• Education Data Architecture (EDA) exposure
• DevOps and source-driven development experience

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Additional architect or consultant certifications are a plus.
