Job Title
Design and develop robust and efficient automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Perform end-to-end functional and regression testing of Salesforce CRM applications, including Lightning components, custom workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects in a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira), assisting developers with root cause analysis.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) to support continuous testing and delivery.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and test automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in QA automation testing, with hands-on experience using the Playwright framework.
In-depth experience testing Salesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and source control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Good to Have
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer certification.
Experience with other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
Knowledge of Apex testing or Visualforce pages.
