Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Location: Bengaluru/Greater Noida/Pune/Hyderabad
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuration, and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the quote-to-cash process and ensure accurate pricing and quoting.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support/maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize the quote-to-cash process.
- Develop and maintain product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ functionality and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ features and best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and data model.
- Experience with product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
