Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to field technicians during equipment installations, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Lead and facilitate hands-on training programs for internal teams and customers to ensure consistent technical proficiency across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of standardized field service procedures and best practices.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert to both customers and sales teams, offering guidance on equipment capabilities and applications.
  • Deliver product and application insights to support sales efforts and promote business development.
  • Support market growth by aligning technical solutions with customer needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with service managers and key internal stakeholders to implement standardized repair processes and service protocols.
  • Oversee the quality of repair work by ensuring adherence to established documentation, testing, and inspection procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate field operations to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Maintain close coordination with sales, engineering, service teams, and branch leadership to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues through advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations through proactive communication and follow-through.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service or rotating equipment (pumps preferred)
  • Strong technical background in installation, repair, and diagnostics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to lead through influence
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned service areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
