Account Management Coordinator
The Account Management Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Account Management team, serving as a key partner in ensuring client satisfaction and internal coordination. This role supports daily operations, prepares client materials, manages follow-ups, and maintains communication across teams to help drive successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Management team with preparing packets and presentations for clients, owners, and vendors.
- Field urgent or emergency calls requiring immediate attention and coordination.
- Create and update action items in CRM tools on behalf of the Account Management team.
- Follow up with clients, owners, and vendors after meetings to ensure next steps are completed.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Client Support to ensure client expectations are met.
- Serve as the primary task manager to track, manage, and close all action items from client meetings.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with clients, owners, and vendors.
- Review and update documents including presentations, letters, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare high-visibility documents and presentations as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a related field; prior experience in HR services such as background screening, drug testing, or occupational health preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to take initiative, follow through on commitments, and hold team members accountable for deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Work Schedule
Work schedule will be within the following hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT.

Job Pay Range
$50,000 - $65,000 Annually
