Diligent is seeking a highly professional and motivated individual who can blend technical expertise with commercial acumen to uncover and develop impactful solutions for prospects and customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, as you will engage directly with senior leaders of multinational organizations and key stakeholders in GRC domains.
Key responsibilities include delivering compelling software demonstrations within tight timelines, accurately identifying and packaging the right solutions; owning the pre-sales technical win by mastering the Diligent sales process; articulating the cross-platform value of the Diligent Platform with a clear understanding of its overarching vision; presenting confidently to diverse audiences, including operational, managerial, and executive stakeholders; supporting onboarding of new team members by sharing effective presentation techniques; creating solution design documents that address identified business challenges and objectives; utilizing sales tools to enhance presentations and engagements; supporting marketing initiatives such as webinars, conferences, and white papers; collaborating with Product Management on new features, upgrades, and domain-specific insights; demonstrating familiarity with Audit, Risk Management, and IT Compliance practices; understanding and applying risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and NIST RMF; and employing methodologies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks using GRC platforms and related technologies.
Required experience and skills include 3–5 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering; proven expertise across SaaS solutions to support deal qualification and closure; experience within Risk & Audit technologies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaboration with sales teams to foster productive and positive relationships; contribution to team sales targets and quotas; consistently high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards; completion of required training and development within designated timelines; self-driven and quick to acquire new technical and domain knowledge; professional presentation skills across various communication channels (email, written, verbal); and fluency in German & English language.
