Key responsibilities include: proactively building deep knowledge of Diligent's products, solutions, strategy, and business priorities; prospecting new and existing business within the designated vertical/territory for complex accounts with longer sales cycles; adopting a 'solutions' selling approach; building deep relationships with prospects and customers; developing and executing on account plans; leading the coordination of sales stakeholders; developing specialized business plans; creating and leading feedback loop processes; demonstrating sales excellence; effectively utilizing sales tools; accurately maintaining records; and demonstrating a deep understanding of the competitor landscape.
Required experience/skills include: 5+ years of success in account management, new business acquisition, and exceeding revenue targets; proven experience in sales methodologies; the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders; a passion for continuous learning; exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a knack for aligning technology solutions with business objectives; and a results-driven approach to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
