You will assist with the planning and control of all day-to-day maintenance activities in cooperation with the Lead Engineer and provide leadership to the site teams, including project management for maintenance related activities. Your role is critical to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver client satisfaction. When applicable, be part of the on-call team.
Lead in upholding company safety policies, operational efficiency, and core values.
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including coordination with subcontractors.
Provide comprehensive supervision, training, mentoring, and guidance to site engineers, fostering their professional development, and contributing to team development and recruitment efforts.
Demonstrate mastery across a wide range of essential technical skills, including complex troubleshooting and project management.
Possess in-depth expertise in the specialized technical field relevant to the position.
Support in IUP/CAPEX projects.
Support handling Change Request (CR), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and oversee suppliers as per request from Site Management.
Hard skills:
3+ years of experience in Site management/'Mission critical' operations and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
Education as electrician, electrical or mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar.
Experience and knowledge of the Operation of Critical Building Infrastructure (Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabric).
Ability to read and preferably work with Electrical and Mechanical diagrams.
Knowledge of key infrastructure components of DC's (like UPS's, Generators and Cooling systems).
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Danish, verbally and in writing.
Clean criminal record, and able to be police intelligence approved if required.
