Shape the future of People Experience with us from employee support to building modern HR processes!

  • Be the first point of contact for employee concerns: Support our People Operations Inbox and resolve employee inquiries reliably and service-oriented.
  • Take on administrative HR tasks: Maintain employee master data in the HRIS system, create contracts and certificates, and support payroll preparation.
  • Create a positive employee experience, starting with a structured and personal onboarding that gives new employees orientation, security, and motivation, and also accompany the offboarding process so that appreciation and a professional conclusion are ensured.
  • Ensure clean administrative processes: Support the internal employee administration and keep processes lean and efficient.
  • Take responsibility for personnel controlling: Support existing processes and drive further development in close coordination with the lead.

  • HR-Tech knowledge: You have already had first points of contact with HR tools like Personio, Leapsome, SAP, or rexx.
  • Communication skills & empathy: You always approach employees in a friendly, solution-oriented, and professional manner – both in German and English!
  • Identification with our values: You live our company values and can fully identify with our mission.
  • Analytical and number-affine thinking: You have a great interest in personnel controlling and enjoy evaluating HR data and improving processes.
  • Structure and precision: You proceed methodically, work in detail, and ensure that processes run consistently and error-free.
  • Organizational talent and independence: You skillfully prioritize tasks, manage projects independently, and reliably achieve set goals on time.
  • Basic understanding of labor law: You have basic knowledge of labor law and know how important clean and compliant HR work is.

Your typical day at Digistore24

  • Structure is everything: At the start, you get an overview of your tasks. You check incoming requests, look at upcoming deadlines, and prioritize your to-dos so that nothing is missed.
  • Employees in focus: Then you process the inbox and the inquiries contained therein from our employees. You answer questions independently about vacation, contracts, or benefits. Administrative tasks such as creating certificates or adding new employees to the system are also part of your job.
  • Keep data up to date: In the HRIS, you ensure that master data is correctly maintained. Whether it's contract changes, onboarding, or offboarding, you keep an eye on everything and ensure smooth operations.
  • Now there is a virtual coffee call: The next 15 minutes are reserved for a relaxed exchange with a colleague over coffee.
  • Get better together: In team meetings, you contribute suggestions on how processes can be optimized - for example, in our new salary system or reporting workflows. You discuss, set impulses, and actively shape improvements.
  • Numbers in sight: With a clear head, you dedicate yourself to HR-controlling topics. You build a dashboard, evaluate key figures such as turnover or time-to-hire, and thus provide the basis for informed management decisions.
