  • New Customer Acquisition: You proactively expand our network to high-level contacts. You decide how you reach your goal – whether by phone, through social media, at a dinner or at industry events.
  • Network Maintenance: You proactively maintain contacts with existing customers and travel to the best industry events for this. You also follow up on our leads efficiently and systematically – because nothing motivates you more than additional sales opportunities!
  • Sales Closures: With your convincing presentations and negotiations, you win demanding and high-profile clients and make large-volume sales for our software and ancillary services.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: You don’t miss any sales opportunities and always have an overview of your interactions because you document customer conversations in our CRM system.

What your typical day looks like

  • Structure is everything: At the start, you screen all messages, check the statuses of your deals as well as leads in the CRM. On this basis, you prioritize and plan your successful day.
  • High-priority tasks first: A customer contacts you with an urgent question about your yesterday’s conversation. You recognize the need behind the question immediately, address the objection precisely and thus generate the first closure of the day.
  • Next, you have planned time for potential analyses: You check the KPIs of your customers and use the dashboards you have built in our analytics tool for this. This way you recognize previously unused revenue potentials and prepare upcoming conversations accordingly.
  • Well prepared, you start the calls: You can’t wait to show your customers how they can make more sales! They feel your enthusiasm and so you quickly get on a great level of conversation. Experienced as you are, you listen actively during this and find out the real needs of your customers. In doing so, you ask targeted questions and tailor your impressive pitch with the solutions that our software offers to customers individually.
  • Thanks to your persuasiveness and top preparation, you have won a new major client in the real estate coaching sector with seven-figure annual revenues. You have shown two regular customers how they can significantly increase their sales with new features.
  • As a setter and closer, you go straight for it: You send a detailed briefing for the high-potential customer to the onboarding team. For the other two customers, you schedule demo calls with our technical consultants so that they can be expertly explained the features and immediately integrate and use them. You never leave your success to chance , so you set reminders to ensure the implementation of your instructions.
  • Work hard, play hard: In the lunch break, you are with friends to eat and run at the lake. Afterwards, you spontaneously feel like changing the scenery and decide to work the rest of the day from your coworking space. You have this freedom because you work remotely
  • With a fresh mind, you start the call with the Digistore24 co-founder. Together, you develop a new price matrix and discuss successes based on the current KPIs , which have once again been exceeded.
  • You know: Our industry is constantly evolving and as an expert you want to always be up to date. Therefore, you have planned 45 minutes today to inform yourself about the new features of our software as well as online marketing trends.
  • ... is it already evening? You check all messages again, update your project plans and roughly plan your next day.
  • With a good feeling, you go into the evening: Today you have again learned something new and received great feedback from customers and colleagues. It’s just great to see what you can do!

Job Requirements

These are your superpowers

  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and argue convincingly – both on the phone and in person. A clean oral and written expression in German and English is a matter of course for you.
  • Sales Experience: You have demonstrable successes in achieving sales targets, increasing revenue through the sale of large-volume products or services, preferably in the B2B & SaaS sector.
  • Customer Orientation: Thanks to a genuine interest in your counterpart, you build long-term and trusting relationships with high-potential customers. With your empathy and need orientation, you always stay informed about the challenges of your customers, recognize their goals and proactively offer solutions.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: To respond to customer needs, you continuously follow current market developments and do everything to excel in our products and services. Equipped with this knowledge, you convincingly differentiate our services from the competition and present effective solutions.
  • Strong Presence and Team Orientation: You are self-confident, enjoy responsibility and are successful in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels – even in negotiation situations. Your motivated and positive mindset as well as the ability to achieve high goals in a team complete your profile.
