Job Title: Commercial Support Specialist Poland

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Department: Sales & Marketing

Manager Title: Team Leader Commercial Support Central Europe – Professionally Country Manager Poland – Disciplinary

Job Objective: Support of the commercial organization in Poland

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Handling of the operating systems (SAP, Salesforce) and sales administration activities
• Support for the Order Entry Team DHL Budapest & CE
• Handling of all order related tasks and logistics complaints - maintaining contact with customers, providing necessary information
• Handling of all FOC orders (free of charge), special prices etc.
• Fixed asset circulation and inventory, including full offset management
• Monthly closing activities & support of Finance CE
• Preparation of SAP reports for internal and external clients
• Control of overdue payments and support in debt collection
• First point of contact for the Finance CE Team
• Preparing of the invoice statements
• Participation in audits and compliance with ISO/SOP/GOP procedures
• Carry out additional tasks according to the employer's needs, within the scope of the specialist's competence, to support the development of the company and the team

Education: High school diploma or higher education, preferably in fields related to administration, logistics, or economics

Professional Experience:

• Experience in an assistant or comparable role.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Experience with systems like SAP or Sales Force is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Practical communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Personal Qualities:

• High level of responsibility and self-discipline
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and able to work independently

• Teamwork skills and the ability to build relationships

Languages:

• Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• German language skills are a plus
