The Corporate Services Associate plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and employees while also supporting a wide range of building and corporate services activities. The role is dynamic in nature, combining front-desk reception responsibilities with hands-on operational support across multiple office locations. While the role includes receptionist coverage, it is not limited to traditional front-desk duties. Time will be split between the Downtown Midland Corporate Office and the Production A location, supporting day-to-day operations, employee experience, and facility needs at both sites. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive experience for guests, employees, and business partners.
Serve as a first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a friendly, professional, and responsive guest experience. Provide receptionist coverage at both the Downtown Corporate Office and the Production A location as scheduled. Answer and route inquiries, greet visitors, and ensure appropriate access and coordination within the office.
Support the Building & Corporate Services team with day-to-day office operations across assigned locations. Monitor and maintain office, breakroom, and common-area supplies, including processing inventory and rotating snack and drink stock; place orders as needed. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including FedEx and hand deliveries. Coordinate food deliveries and other office services as requested. Support overall office efficiency by helping maintain clean, organized, and professional shared spaces. Facilitate special snack and drink distributions to promote employee engagement.
Respond to internal requests and questions related to office operations and facilities. Assist with cost comparisons, invoices, and miscellaneous building and corporate services reports. Help organize procedures, documentation, and internal processes to improve efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in office administration, facilities, or corporate services. Experience supporting multiple office locations. Oil & gas or industrial workplace experience. Demonstrated ability to develop or improve internal processes. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and positive approach.
