Régional Account Manager - Distribution & C&C
Develop and pilot the commercial relationship with wholesaler chains (France Boissons, C10, Distri Boissons) and Cash&Carry (Metro, Promocash) within the framework of store plans.
About the position:
- Ensure the availability in warehouse of nationally negotiated references
- Establish, develop and maintain partnerships with wholesale clients
- Develop local action plans within the framework of partnerships
- Animate the sell-out process through order feedback on its sector especially during the launch of innovations or prospectus operations
- Contribute to the achievement of the team and company volume/points objectives
- Establish trustful relationships with new clients and negotiate and pilot regional framework agreements
- Plan its own commercial actions and manage the budget allocated to it
- Develop and maintain market share on all HD networks in its sector
- Negotiate resale pricing with final customers within the framework of negotiation sheets and conquests, follow tripartite markets
- Formally establish action plans with CDS, report KPIs related to cash/wholesalers business
- Presentation of business revenues to key wholesale or cash & carry interlocutors
- Animate data sharing for point of sale progressively as data negotiated with wholesalers and Metro and with the help of new tools
Profile:
- 3/5 years of experience in regional sales or as a commercial representative in the consumer products sector
- Minimum of 2 cycles of regional negotiations in France with On-Trade resellers
- Demonstrate excellent commercial sense to manage external relations and orchestrate internal activities to support the achievement of Diageo's AOP and our agreements with clients
- Excellent relationship skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data
- Strong commercial understanding and skills in matters of losses and profits
- Team spirit, focused on overall company performance
- Insatiable commercial curiosity and exceeding expectations
- Good level of English
