Diageo has been created in 1997, but its activity is based on the principles and foundations established years before by industry giants – Arthur Guinness, John Walker, Elizabeth Cumming and many others. Today, Diageo is the world leader in alcoholic beverages, producing an exceptional collection of more than 200 brands and owning 20 of the 100 largest spirits brands in the world. Its portfolio includes Talisker, Singleton, Zacapa, Don Julio, Tanqueray, and Guinness.

The culture of Diageo is built by the five values that underpin its activity and guide its way of working: At Diageo, employees are passionate about their clients and consumers and are the best. They give each other the freedom to succeed and value each other. Employees work hard to be proud of what they do and how they do it.

Our raison d'être – to celebrate life, every day, everywhere – plays an important role in our company, for our employees, our diversity, and our brands.

  • Excellent ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Strong autonomy, sense of initiative, and ability to work in a project mode.
  • Skills in change management and HR project management.
  • Mastery of HR data analysis tools and ability to derive strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Integrity, rigor, and a keen sense of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).

Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is at the heart of Diageo's objective of "celebrating life every day, everywhere." This objective is inherently inclusive, as it values everyone without distinction of origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or ethnic background.

We know that for our company to thrive and for Diageo to achieve its ambition, we need diverse talents with a range of experiences, skills, and abilities in each of the 180 countries in which we operate and to reflect our wide customer base. We consider diversity to be one of the main factors that contribute to the growth of our company, and our values, objectives, and established standards set the conditions for us to respect the exceptional contribution of each person.
