Diageo Greece has a leading position in all major alcohol product categories and is therefore faced with the challenge of not only sustaining but also further strengthening its already very strong business base and accelerate growth, within a highly sophisticated Key Accounts On Premise environment and a highly diversified Special Accounts market.
In this role, you'll work with the other On Trade Sales Manager (North and Key Accounts) and our Customer Marketing team to implement a commercial strategy crafted to broaden distribution of our portfolio in the premium on-trade channel.
The role's principal areas of focus will be winning market share via proactive recruitment of new business and strategically growing sales and share with a portfolio of existing accounts.
You will be improving profit delivery and market share growth:
You will be the decision maker for our customer strategies, our Business Performance Management, Innovation commercialization (investment and activation plans) and the Commercial resource allocation (investment / people) for the team.
